A Mom’s Day in 2 Minutes - The Musical

This is such a great video - I couldn’t help but to share it with all the Moms (and Dads will appreciate it too) out there. Anita Renfroe packs all the things we Moms say in a normal 24 hour day in to a musical 2 minute sketch.

PS - I have to thank my hubby for sharing this with me - he is the master of finding funny videos.

Very very funny because so true to life … but also very sad to think that we (OK, I) say all that stuff over and over, despite knowing that they’re not listening.

I am really impressed that she made it all rhyme.

It’s scary how much of that I say. That must be how I sound to my kids sometimes …

This is so funny! The best part is that everything she said is true!

If you liked that video, you can see her again at the Women of Faith conferences. For those of you not familiar with the Women of Faith, it consists of a large group of well-known Christian women that travel around together and speak, share from their experiences, and a few of them sing professionally. They also have allowed a well-known Christian male author/speaker to travel with them–Max Lucado. There are, I think three conferences this year in Florida–where I live. (Tampa, Jacksonville, Ft. Lauderdale.) I went to my first Women of Faith conference last year with several women friends of mine from my church, and we all loved it. The whole stadium is packed with thousands of women, and the whole place was roaring with laughter when Anita was on the stage. Anita Renfroe is absolutely hilarious! She also has done a video to Faith Hill’s “I can feel you breathe”–Anita’s is called “I can smell you breathe”–again, absolutely hilarious. But she makes everything relate to our Christian experience. I highly recommend the conference for all women, not just those that are church-attendees. (A nice weekend getaway for women too.)

You go girl, now can someone compose a version that is dedicated to our husbands.. Every time my 4 year old talks back I now simply pays this easier that saying it myself, it stops him dead in his tract. Now I want one for every time I have to pick up, clean-up and do what ever a wife is suppose to do so I can play it to him.
