Have you noticed those fun widgets showing up at all your favorite blogs that show you who was last there (scroll down to the lower right on this page)? Those are thanks to MyBlogLog, a social networking site for bloggers. I signed up about two weeks ago and I am really glad I did. It has been good for increasing my readership and for increasing the circle of blogs I like to read.

Yea. I agree this is a cool feature. I must get round to pasting the widget on my blog. I’ve added you to my links.

I tried to install Recent Readers but I failed. I had no problem with the statistic widget but I have no idea where to place the Recent Reader code when I open my blog (at blogger.com) in HTML. For the statistic widget they gave advice at MyBloLog.

Ingo - you will go into the Template and scroll down through the code in the section called sidebar. You’ll see your sidebar links and such. You should be able to place it there. Don’t forget to republish, too.

Hi Char ~
I have to admit - I LOVE MYBLOGLOG. There is something to be said being able to communicate with the people that have visited my blogs without them necessarily having to make a comment in order for me to meet them and see what blogs they write.
I also like the fact that Anon Drive-By nasty post commenters are not able to really participate in this close knit community called the BLOGOSPHERE.
I FEEL A POST COMING ON!!
