I’ve Gone Pink for October

Pink for October 2007October is Breast Cancer awareness month and in a show of support I have changed the look of Casual Keystrokes for the month - yep, it’s pink - very pink. (If you are reading this via RSS - come check it out.)

I am not alone, though. There are already some sites that have gone pink (Brian Gardner, Standards for Life) and if you are looking for inspiration and themes you can find some at:

If your site is going Pink for October, let us know! We’d love to see it.

What else can I do?

Gal to Gal Virtual WalkCome help raise funds for Stage IV Breast Cancer patients and survivors in the Gal to Gal Virtual Walk. It is very cool, and you can design your own gal or angel to walk from Boston to San Francisco during the month of October.

I’m walking - when you login you can find your friends - I’m Char P. If you join in, come find me.

Thanks Charity! When I saw your theme was ready it sent me over the edge and I just had to finish this.

That’s a great idea…and the pink does not look half bad. You may want to keep it.

It’s great to see that so many people are going Pink for October! I am too :)

Patsy - thanks for stopping in and thanks for the reminder.

DigitalNomad - glad you like it. Chances are I will redesign the site again - using something similar but in different colors for the winter.

Melissa - thanks for stopping in - I stopped in at your site to check out your pink, too.

Totally Cool!!

I didn’t go pink, afraid I’ll mess up my template,… blogger is touchy… but I did post about October being National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and what it means to me
