Last night tempertures plummeted into the single digits and I just couldn’t bear to let any of our animals stay outside. Our cat, Charlie, found a wonderful spot in the laundry room under a kids video chair (don’t ask why it is there!) and did not budge all night.
We call it “Kitteh Kamping”!

Yeah – and he seems to think he is coming back in tonight. We’ll have to see how nice I am feeling.

I love it when they curl up in a tiny ball like that. Don’t know how they do it, but they’re so sweet and vulnerable that way. Our dog is at day care today and will come home so exhausted that she’ll crawl into her pen and sleep there all evening and most of tomorrow.

What a great photo. My two dogs have been finding night time warmth in some of the funniest places, usually in my daughters room. She now says “oh just call my room doggie hotel” LOL
