Menu Plan Monday - April 23

Menu Plan Monday

Last week’s introduction to Dream Dinners was fun and the Terriyaki Orange Chicken recipe I brought home and made for dinner Wednesday was a hit. I am going back Wednesday morning to do a full session and create 6 meals to bring home and freeze for cooking later on. I’ll keep you posted.

This week is a little crazy and will be Kid’s Choice week.

  • Monday -  Leftovers (kebabs, veggies, bread, apple pie)
  • Tuesday - Pasta with chicken and broccoli
  • Wednesday - Fast food night
  • Thursday - Santa Fe Chicken Fajitas from Dream Dinners
  • Friday -  Make your own pizza - using tortillas or English Muffins

Have a great week! If you are looking for more meal planning ideas, go check out the list at I’m An Organizing Junkie.

mmm . . . make your own pizza. One of my favorite versions (sounds weird, but it’s good), is tortillas topped with canned diced tomatoes, tuna fish, mozzerella, a dash of oregano and a sprinkle of olive oil. Then just broiled till the cheese melts.

peace of Christ to you,
Jessica

Sandra - thanks for stopping in.

Jessica - that does sound really good. I just might need to try it.

Like I said last time. I wish there was somewhere like that around here.

Zoe - I bet there will be in the near future - they are just starting to get known here.

We’re having Kabods and Fajitas this week. I should put pizza on the menu next week. It’s quick and affordable..and I can use a whole wheat crust. Thanks for the suggestion.
