
It is back-to-school week! Yipee! While it was nice to have a menu plan all summer long, it is absolutely critical that I have one during the school year.
- Monday - Chicken quesadillas, veggies & dip
- Tuesday - Shrimp stir fried rice
- Wednesday - Baked Ziti, salad, garlic bread
- Thursday - most likely fast food due to scheduling
- Friday - Calzones, salad
