
I get off a little bit easy this week as I really only have to plan for three meals! Â The weather should be nicer this week and hopefully all the week’s activities will go as planned.
- Monday - Homemade Vegetable soup, grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches
- Tuesday - out
- Wednesday - Chicken, broccoli & carrots - stir fry with rice
- Thursday - Soft tacos, refried beans and rice
- Friday - No cooking as we will be at my husband’s promotion party.
And I just can’t think all the way to the weekend right now - it could have something to do with three giggly girls in the next room playing Twister and listening to music.
